I would call each of my children and grandchildren and tell them how special they each are, how much they mean to me, and how much I love them. I would spend the remaining time with my wife making sure she is familiar with all our finances; talk about the practical matters of where I would like to be buried, what to do after I am gone,etc... Finally, to let her know what a wonderful, loving, and understanding partner she has been for over 30 years
